The Sr. Resale Analyst position is based in downtown Toronto at 333 Bloor Street East and will report into the Manager, Wireless Resale. The Sr. Wireless Resale Analyst will be responsible for managing portfolio reporting, forecasting, analysis and market intelligence, and providing project and product support for the Wireless Resale portfolio.

What you will be doing:
Lead for portfolio reporting and analysis, supporting operational, managerial and project related data management
Support for the development of business and operational framework in terms of customer product development and service enablement
Manage the budgetary and reporting process, track leading and lagging KPIs and market intelligence, and update forecast on a monthly basis to develop a full view of the portfolio
Support partnership managers in managing Wireless resale applicants in accordance to the established process and CRTC mandate
Manage onboarding activities for new partners
Develop wireless products and services for the purposes of resale include product scoping, fee development and implementation
Assist portfolio related projects by defining interlock project scopes and deliverables related to reporting and analytics
Develop client communication plans, build business cases, create socialization decks and briefing notes to senior management advising of status or intent of projects and products
Stay up-to-date on any changes in the regulatory framework that can impact the portfolio

What you bring:
Financial background and strong data analytical skills
A dynamic and pro-active individual with a sense of urgency for resolution and ability to execute
Solid interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiating skills including the ability to influence and persuade
Strong PC skills, advanced knowledge of MS office applications, including programing with VB Macros
Strong multi-tasking and decision making skills are required
Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
Attention to details, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Telecom experience preferred
Experience with project or process management would be an asset
Familiarity with working in a regulated environment preferred
University Education required
