Cold Logic Corp is currently recruiting a dynamic, well rounded Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant for a 6 month Contract.
This entry level position will provide general administrative support to the operation as well as to the HR department.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant will respond to general inquiries from internal and external parties via telephone and or email; manage office supplies and inventory; print, photocopy, scan and fax a variety of documents and assist the HR department in receiving and screening resumes. This position will also assist with preparing and managing a variety or weekly and monthly reports.
1. 1-2 years of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant would be an asset
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple priorities..
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. MS Office - Word and Excel.
