What you could be doing:

  • Training for the front line to serve as a point of contact for various requirements coming from students, internal staff, and external clients;
  • Training in Social Events department to interact with students, learn about recreational activities, students' orientation and graduation events;
  • Training in Academic team to serve teachers' faculty, and students on all academic related matters;
  • Training for students' admission and student/partner support, ensuring a delivery of high quality customer service;
  • Training in Pathway department to provide students with ongoing support on all High-Education related inquiries with a high quality of customer service;
  • Training with Homestay team to help placing students in homestays, providing them with the best-matched type of accommodation, and ensuring they have a positive experience;
  • Training in Accounting department for Junior Accounts Receivable role;
  • Learning and sharpening your skills while you train across organization;
  • Working with experienced professionals in the education industry who come from around the globe.

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • College diploma in one of the related fields, or an appropriate combination of education and experience;
  • Hospitality, accommodation or administrative working experience is preferred;
  • Able to work under high pressure and highly dynamic environment;
  • Complete fluency in English and second language is an asset;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to details;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
  • Strong computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word;
  • Basic mathematical competence.

  • Willingness for self-development and day to day learning;
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service;
  • International experience.
