Faster Career is a newly-established recruitment agency under the MyJobTank umbrella. We are passionate in connecting companies with talented candidates and creating that perfect match. We are currently hiring a Recruiter-Business Development Telemarketer who will cooperate with the BD department to explore new clients across Canada and find right people to fill the right position.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, identify, evaluate and develop new business clients to expand Faster Career staffing business
  • Cold call potential clients over the phone to uncover interest in obtaining our help with staffing for business by utilizing internet sources and social media work as own personal LinkedIn
  • Develop a deep understanding of the position offered by clients, make candidates to fill the position offered
  • Analyzes market factors to identify and anticipate customer’s problems/needs
  • Collaborate with Business Development manager to understand clients’ hiring needs and goals
  • Screen resumes, evaluate skill level, reference and background checks
  • Source and recruit top-notch candidates for positions at all levels.
  • Utilize various job boards, sourcing tools and social network to attract and identify active and passive qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals.
  • Attend and coordinate participation in local job fairs and university recruitment events.
  • Organize and document all recruitment files. Audit job boards to ensure our postings are visible.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Job Agency environment working experience, specialized in IT, Finance and Engineering field
  • Strong LinkedIn presence, social media guru, and rich experience on Go to Meeting
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Great file management skills and time management skills can handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
