About This Position:
The Digital & eBusiness Creative Director is responsible for establishing and elevating the digital brand presence across all platforms including social content, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, web content and eCommerce. As a subject matter expert in the complex digital experiences landscape, the Creative Director must have a firm grasp on emerging digital and eCommerce trends, a creative mind, provide thought leadership across the business, and possess a deep passion for the hosting and digital space.

Responsibilities Include:
Work hands-on to set the Rebel.com look & feel, and to develop campaigns that are supported by a strong strategic narrative.
Work with Rebel.com senior staff to understand and develop key objectives for the brand's specific campaigns.
Collaborate with web analyst to use site performance data to recommend site enhancements.
Work closely with the CTO and Partnership team to develop innovative and executable marketing solutions.
Manage project timelines, budget, and agency scope of work.
Own creative budget and ensure freelance and onsite resources are being used efficiently and strategically.
Identify gaps in Rebel.com's creative workflows, and work closely with the COO to enhance efficiencies.
Align creative direction with holistic business objectives and maintain brand consistency across all channels
Create and implement processes and infrastructure to drive efficiency, improve process, and communication to create best in class creative
Act as a subject matter expert and Marketing go-to person for all digital marketing activities, eCommerce, web direction

Skill Requirements:
You have 8+ years of experience in the digital marketing field (agency or e-commerce specific experience preferred)
Experience working with website or app design and development
Strong interest in user-centric design and usability
Deep understanding of UX schematics
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for showing initiative
Sales and performance driven
Strong leader able to steer team members
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excels at designer, UX, art director interaction with the ability lead presentations
Deep experience in designing and ideating for all digital platforms
Familiar, if not well versed with Agile Methodology
Skilled Adobe Photoshop /Illustrator/InDesign, Sketch and/or Invision
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Builds strong internal working relationships and is a strong communicator

Bonus points:
You've built large e-commerce sites or taken an awesome brand to the next level
You've worked at a fast-growing startup or creative agency
You've written articles for a major publication, created viral digital content, or created/hosted/were featured on a podcast that we'd know
Familiarity with Google Analytics
