Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be working in collaboration with a team of sales representatives and several business units to coordinate the offer and use of our services towards our clientele (employers and recruiting agencies).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing incoming calls and emails;
Providing proper follow-up of customer requests and escalating if necessary;
Analyzing client results and sharing advice to ensure they have optimal results;
Online publishing of customer orders and packages;
Reviewing and coordinating the activation of customer package purchases;
Coordinating and scheduling Web campaign deliveries;
Validating mass mailings in accordance with our quality standards;
Managing our in-house tools; and
Performing any other related duties.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Bilingual–written & spoken (French & English) is essential;
Good team spirit and organization skills;
Resourceful, flexible and quick learning curve;
Ability to manage priorities and to multitask;
Able to manage change;
Ability to work effectively under pressure;
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel);
Excellent knowledge of the Web and social media (as a user); and
Good problem-solving skills (1st level Web-based and technical issues).

ASSETS:
Being familiar with Zendesk;
Knowledge of Photoshop; and
Knowledge of HTML.

EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer service;
Good communication skills; and
College degree.
