We are looking for an Experienced Front Desk Receptionist (part time) for our upscale, busy offices in downtown Oakville and Mississauga for evenings & weekends

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering incoming phones, booking & confirming appointments and paging agents
  • Real Estate Administrative work: prepare offers, amendments & input MLS listings to TREB, OMDREB & MREB
  • Filing & Handling Paperwork
  • Greeting customers and clients
  • Handle all courier needs
  • Assisting agents
  • Scan documents
  • Receive deposit cheques

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 Years Real Estate Front Desk Experience
  • Excellent phone skills and etiquette
  • Professional and customer service oriented
  • Proficient with Computers and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A team player with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Integrity and hard working
  • Experience with Quick Office Commander
  • Experience using WEBFORMS
  • Real Estate Boards: TREB & OMDREB
  • Independent Worker
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Punctuality, reliable and a desire to learn
  • Fluent in English: (Written & Verbal)
  • Must be able to commute to our 2 branch locations downtown Oakville & Mississauga
  • Must be able to work weekday evenings, weekends and some statutory holidays

This position requires an individual who can work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks accurately in a timely fashion. Attention to detail is key.
