WHO YOU ARE:
Reporting to the Social Media Manager and working closely with the Social, Marketing, E-Commerce and Graphics teams, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Build out influencer strategy (yearly, quarterly, monthly)
Manage influencers for all platforms (Instagram, blog, Pinterest)
Develop budgets for influencer marketing
Innovate on new ideas/agencies/strategies
Research for potential collaborations/partnerships
Execute all influencer events from a-z (with the help of creative specialist)
Approve influencer posting schedules/content
Create and update influencer guidelines and briefs (partnerships, one offs, events, campaigns, seasonal, etc.)
Assist on local influencer shoots when necessary
4-5 blog posts/week aligned with Marketing and Social calendars
Monthly reporting on influencer program
Monthly reporting on blog performance
Job Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor degree or D.E.C in Marketing or related field of study;
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role;
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and bring ideas to the table;
Excellent organizational skills;
Results-oriented;
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative and accuracy;
Ability to analyze/forecast budgets and provide recommendations
Bilingual (English/French) with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to foster teamwork and contribute in a team environment;
Enthusiastic and passionate about building relationships;
Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications;
