Hurley Ventilation Technologies Inc.(H.V.T) specializes in the Manufacturing of new ventilation, fans, heaters, systems, parts and accessories. At the heart of our team are ventilation specialists with over 40 years of experience to produce affordable newly manufactured ventilation products daily.

"The Hurley Group" is looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk who is eager to join our team. The position will include various accounting & administrative duties.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist with Accounts payable

· Assist with Accounts Receivable

· Assist with Purchasing & receiving

· Assist with Inventory management& maintenance

· Assist with other financial duties and projects, as required.

· General office administration and some executive assistant duties.


· Completion of Accounting Diploma would be an asset

· Minimum three (3-5) years’ experience with bookkeeping \ accounting.

· Extremely organized, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.

· Administration and data entry maintain an effective and efficient file retrieval system.

· Experience with Business Vision, or other integrated accounting software packages.

· Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Excel.

· Positive attitude and company focused.

· Good verbal and written communication skills must be able to multi-task.

· Self-starter and a team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively with others.

The salary will be based on qualifications&experience.
