PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Provide administrative support to Zone Administrator, handle files, emails, office duties and general correspondence
  • Sets up and makes arrangements for travel ad administrative meetings
  • Handles confidential correspondence for the Zone
  • Train Regional Assistants and act as back-up when required
  • Maintain record sales executives’ and field bonus information
  • Consolidate information and prepare for approval bonus programs, bonus payment requests, allowances, debit balances and underwriting violations action plans.
  • Reviews, tracks and makes corrections on monthly budget expenses
  • Check inspect and reconcile monthly charges in Zone budgets
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Consolidate all compliance related activity within the Zone as it pertains to: Compliance and Duty of Care, District Field audit flow ups, repetitive red flags, affidavit tracking information, Privacy, FTC, PCI ad DNCL training
  • Conduct quality calls as required
  • Assist with communication with Government agencies and Legal Counsel
  • Sales results reporting
  • Consolidate licensing documentation for review and approval
  • Advise sales leaders, district leaders ad agents on administrative policies ad procedures
  • Handle inquiries from customers and field agents
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bilingual French/English
  • Secondary School or College degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience (preferable within insurance industry)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Sense of urgency
  • Attention to details, ability to take initiative and be adaptable
  • Proven ability to problem solve with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow up skills
