We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager who will establish potential client’s base by contacting prospective clients and expending business with current clients. Business Development Manager will be developing strategic plans and marketing programs to increase company’s revenues and profitability.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating/discovering potential business opportunities, closing deals, developing and negotiating contracts, expanding business with current customers, utilizing data reports to discover competitive markets, potential opportunities or lost business.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience as a Business Development Manager
- Outstanding closing deals skills
- Motivation for sales, strong leadership and training skills
- Transportation/Logistics market knowledge
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Self-starter, ability to motivate, inspire and lead a professional sales team
- Superior customer relation skills, excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (an asset)
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Computer knowledge- working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
- Candidates with experience and contacts in the Transportation industry will receive priority consideration
- Proven track record of sales
