We are committed to providing superior customer service to the oilfield markets of Western Canada. Apex is currently seeking a Credit Analyst in our Calgary Head Office location. This is a full time permanent position that will report to the Credit Manager

Primary Responsibilities will include:

Communication, external

  • · Customer collection calls and emails
  • · Escalation when necessary

Communication, internal

  • · Continuous contact with branch locations
  • · Include branch locations as part of credit team

Customer account maintenance

  • · Evaluate existing and new clients for credit worthiness
  • · Monitor accounts and determine credit limits to provide
  • · Identify potential issues and alert senior staff
  • · Negotiate payments
  • · Determine collection options and monitor progress

Billing maintenance

  • · Review invoices for accurate billing information
  • · Coordinate with branch locations to obtain necessary documents
  • · Reconcile customer accounts

Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • · 5 years of credit and collections experience
  • · 3 years of experience with Open Invoice and Cortex invoicing
  • · Jobutrax-Pandell, Ariba, Open Ticket, Pricebook experience an asset
  • · Completed or enrolled in CCP Program
  • · Oil and Gas industry knowledge an asset
