Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Support(Contract) in Edmonton, AB starting on or around January 27, 2020 to March 27, 2020. There is the potential for extensions at the client's discretion. The ideal candidate will have 4 years' experience as a receptionist or similar role. Experience in a large corporation i.e. government/public sector, worker's compensation, or legal would be preferred. You will bring strong administrative skills (MS Office 2016), excellent communication, professional phone etiquette and a positive can-do attitude. All candidates must be available to interview at our client's site in Edmonton and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsible for front desk coverage
Provides clerical support to multiple departments as required.
Process outgoing mail and courier shipments.
General office duties (photocopying, filing, etc.).
Greet, assist and/or direct clients to appropriate departments.
Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner and handle caller's inquiries.
Minimum 4 years' experience or similar role as a receptionist.
3 years of experience with MS Office Suite 2016 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3 years of experience working in a role that requires exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
3 years of proven experience to handle a fast-paced environment.
3 years of experience strong organizational and time management skills.
3 years of excellent phone etiquette and customer service skill.
Minimum 2 years' experience (technological requirements).
Must be available to interview at our client's site in Edmonton.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Desirable (Nice to Have):
Certificate/diploma in administration OR 1-year training course plus 6 years of experience
Government/public sector experience
Quasi-judicial or administrative tribunal experience
Experience working with matters related to workers' compensation.
