The Operations Team lead is in charge of the operations team.
This position is in charge of the follow-ups with the suppliers and is responsible of the successful performance of the activities. He makes sure rules and the protocol are followed. He offers formations and courses to its department. He is the direct link between the operations team and the management. He supports the operations director in the daily management by assuring that installations work properly.
Ensure site safety during work and document work performed;
Collaborate with the mechanical agent and contribute to maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of the mechanical rooms;
Perform basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation);
Report any anomalies or improvements required to the site.
Assure the teammate position in a perfect way;
Keep a relaxed environment;
Make sure of the cleanness of the place;
Be receptive to the clients questions and issues;
Be on site during events and crowded days.
Human resources management
Be part of resources needs planning and scheduling;
Be part of the jobs interviews and of the team and evaluation meetings;
Be part of new members’ welcoming and integration;
Keep communication between all departments.
Write weekly memos and make sure of the information reception;
Be part of the meetings with direction members;
Collaborate with the direction department for special projects development;
Complete specific activities required documents;
Be part of the planning of the teammate’s schedules.
High school graduated;
Customers service and team management experience;
Knowledges in different systems;
Perfect French – bilingualism is a must.
