JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Welcome clients and visitors in person and by phone

- Communicate with clients, third parties and staff through incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls

- Answering and transferring calls, taking messages for staff

- Maintaining security at front desk - handle incoming and outgoing couriers, deliveries, and mail

- Prepare short outgoing letters to third parties and clients

- Scheduling for clients and lawyers

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)

- Post-secondary education (preferred)

- Previous receptionist or office assistant experience (preferred)

SKILLS:

- Strong communication skills required (phone and email)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Professionalism, organization, detail-oriented

- Fluent in English required

- Fluency in Korean is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
