Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Physiotherapist to join the team with the Arthritis Program in Vancouver, BC. Apply today to join our team!

As a Physiotherapist with Vancouver Coastal Health you will:
Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments using current theory and evidence based practice.
Facilitate staffing and scheduling activities for a designated client care area as required; work closely with the Manager, Practice Coordinator and clinical support staff to make recommendations for temporary adjustments in clinical assignments based on shifts without backfill and short call and booked leave needs.
Use theory, knowledge of content area, teaching and learning principles, and processes to develop, evaluate and participate in program development. This will be focused on education services and research activities.
Consult, confer, and collaborate with program and team members as well as Practice Coordinators and the Practice Leader in promotion of continuous quality improvement, implementation of interdisciplinary research, and in coordinating activities required for progressive educational and clinical practice programs.

Education & Experience

Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized program.
Three (3) years of recent related experience, relevant to the designated clinical area, including one (1) year of related mentoring, preceptoring, coaching and/or group facilitation experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
