We are adding a Director, Marketing to our Consulting Excellence team in our Toronto, Ontario office. In this newly created role, reporting to the SVP, Consulting Excellence, you will have overall responsibility to lead, prepare and distribute marketing and client facing communication content, materials and collateral for all Group Solutions products and services for both direct and third party distribution channels.
We are looking for a high energy individual who is experienced in both traditional and digital marketing materials to drive our product messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies. You will contribute to the achievement of sales goals and plans but providing high-quality, timely and effective client facing materials and collateral.

Lead the development of product information, communication materials and collateral to support the sales and service of all Group Solutions products / services
Develop and monitor all marketing plans, activities, budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives
Identify best practices across the Group Solutions division and create standards and content for winning RFP’s
Provide support to sales leaders and consultants in the preparation and coordination of RFP strategy and content through effective coordination and consultation with subject matter experts to produce company responses
Reviews current brand, communication and collateral of newly acquired entities and leads the implementation and integration of the People Corporation brand
Contribute content to industry related publications and any internal / client facing newsletters
Coordinate overall participation in industry trade shows, conferences and events to increase People Corporation’s participation and representation
Understand and apply People Corporation’s Style Guide to all branded communications and collateral and maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
7+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience
Post secondary experience in business, marketing and/or communications or related discipline
Experience in the group benefits industry and knowledge of sales, service or administration will be an asset
Experience in high-growth organizations is an asset
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high quality and effective programs
Strong writing/communication skills
Self-directed, proactive and resilient and can operate well in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in an autonomous manner
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results
Ability to remain current with both marketing and group benefit trends
Strong relationship building skills and ability to communicate with team members at all levels
