We are a local Pitt Meadows company established in 2007 and specialize in landscaping construction including stone walls, brick pathways, patios, and much more. We also specialize in commercial landscape maintenance.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our out team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Organizing and setting up meetings, maintaining calendar;
Answering the phone, taking messages & calling clients back
Corresponding with clients, vendors, employees on a daily basis;
Preparing proposals for new projects;
Processing cheque payments;
Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
Ensuring office stays well stocked with supplies and necessities;
Assisting owner with administrative tasks as required;
Additional administrative tasks as required.

Previous administrative experience (2 years or more).
Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks.
Ability to lead and take ownership of a project/task.
Organized, detail oriented and dependable.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Independent and self-motivated.
Job Type: Part-time 4 hours/day with an opportunity for more hours if desired.
