Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting Trulioo in achieving our information security goals of protecting the identity of over 5 billion individuals. This role will be focused on third party risk management of our data ecosystem, cybersecurity, and training our staff on Information Security best practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that appropriate visibility of non-compliance is raised through the corporate issues and risk processes
Proactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement and facilitate the development of pragmatic solutions
Performing information security reviews and information security risk assessments
Provide escalation path for information security issues, incidents, and inquiries
Engage with internal teams as needed to assist business achieve its objectives with pre and post sales activities (e.g. explain our security program, support external audits, etc).
Conduct follow up and monitoring of the audit process to ensure corrective actions are completed
Reviewing Teams processes for policy violation/non-compliance areas
Ensuring new products/services has appropriate security controls embedded and that the risks are appropriate addressed
Assist business in managing and preventing future incidents and providing incident coordinator services as needed
Contribute to root cause analysis over security incidents and work closely with the related IT or business function to develop remediation actions
Run our training and awareness program, focused on Information security and ISO controls.
Participate in security incident management, containment, and vulnerability management processes and documented incidents from initial detection through final resolution including root cause determination
Contribute to managing ISO and all its necessary requirements.
Monitoring and optimization of security alerts and alerting systems.
Contribute to BCP/DR test results and manage continuous improvement process with test participants
Participate in external and internal audits.
Assist with the assessment and integration of vendors from an Information Security requirements perspective.

Key/Technical Skills:
Certifications in audit, information security and/or privacy like CISSP or CISM
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Prior experience in auditing technical controls and environments
Broad knowledge and experience with security, Linux, Windows, servers, web applications, networking, virtualization, redundancy and monitoring

Education and Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the information security field with exposure to audit, risk management, privacy and/or compliance practices, procedures, and techniques
Experience with AWS
One of these certifications: Security+, SSCP, GSEC
