We are currently looking for Wind Turbine Technician - Rotorblades for permanent full time position based in Beaupré, QC.
Repair of ENERCON Rotor Blades throughout Canada
Interior and exterior inspection
Blade tip and various component replacement
Blade surface and structure maintenance such as sanding, cleaning fiber glass and other material.
Documenting all work carried out by using computer based reporting systems
Support Mechanical Service of WECs
Be responsible for material and tool provided by Enercon to perform his duties
Carry out tasks in accordance with company manuals and regulations.
Completed apprenticeship in a technical trade – mechanical fitter, aircraft mechanic, carpenter, marine repairs, etc.
2 - 3 years relevant experience in blade repair or GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) an asset
High mobility, willingness to travel continuously , flexibility, openness and team spirit
Physically fit and ability to work at heights as well as confined space.
Highly health and Safety conscious.
Clean Driver's license mandatory
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email)
Must be comfortable writing reports describing your own work in the English language
