This is an ongoing competition that will be used to consider candidates for certification at the HRCIII (AR17) level within the Human Resource Consultant Series.
Certified candidates will be placed on the HRC Series registry for a minimum of one year. The registry will be used to fill permanent, term, seasonal, auxiliary on-call and casual Human Resource Consultant III positions throughout Yukon Government.

Through strategic leadership and implementation of different strategies, this role works with clients and Human Resources professionals to develop solutions to a variety of organizational challenges and opportunities in the areas of recruitment and selection, organizational restructuring and design, performance improvement, strategic workforce planning, change management and organizational learning and development.

You should have a specialty in one or more of the following areas: strategic planning, change management, organizational development and learning, strategic workforce planning and recruitment, labour relations and disability management principles and practices.
A commitment to continuous learning that demonstrates the development of strategic thinking in an organizational or human resource management context is essential. Please demonstrate in your resume how you have developed yourself personally and professionally through formal education and experience.
You must have experience providing solution-oriented services to multiple client groups with diverse needs.
You should have group facilitation and organizational consulting skills.
