Paysafe is looking for a Legal Coordinator to join our team.

What you will be doing as a Legal Coordinator at Paysafe:
Provide general support to the entire North American legal department to include, without limitation:
assist in standardizing legal documents;
Coordinate signatures of documents for all North American entities;
Manage and monitor the North American legal inbox for incoming requests/mandates and dispatch accordingly;
Coordinate and review translation of contracts;
Drafting letters and correspondence;
Schedule and coordinate legal meetings/seminars;
Book travel for the NA legal team;
Create and Manage the North American legal department’s electronic and physical document repositories as well as online tools.
Act as a gatekeeper to respond to requests for information and/or legal queries from various business units.
Assist with forms and paperwork needed by various business units and/or regulatory bodies.
Assist with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as required.
Assist with the knowledge management needs of the Legal department, including creating precedent databases and contract templates.
Assist with regulatory applications and registrations relating to iGaming and other regulated business verticals in the US
Responsible for various North American corporate filings.


You have a minimum of 5 years of law firm experience or equivalent.
Ability to work independently as part of a collegiate team, within company guidelines and departmental policies.
Ability to draft clear and professional correspondence, policies and other documentation as required, with appropriate form and style.
Excellent attention to detail and meticulous.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally, at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
