You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB Excitation Services for the Industrial Automation Energy Industries business in Canada. Reporting to the Director of Sales – North America, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.
Driving service sales volume and margin across the Excitation Services portfolio.
Sell to the install base of Power Generation Assets. Services includes spare parts, basic services, service packages, value added services and control upgrades.
Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions.
Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team.
Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Creating service tickets in collaboration with a technical support specialist and following up on resolution and customer satisfaction.

High energy, well organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
A bachelor of Electrical Engineering (B.Eng) or a related technical certification;
More than 2 years of experience in Sales;
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships;
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills;
Valid driver’s license and valid passport;
Bilingual English and French, written and spoken is required;
Ability to travel less than 25% in Canada and USA;
