Our company has open position Accounting Assistant to maintain everyday goals.

Main Responsibilities:

- Patch up discrepancies by adjusting all possible sources of disagreement;
- Arrange Accounts Receivable: apply receipts, complete ledgers and collection of past due expenses;
- Verify Accounts Payable: invoice filing, supplier credentials and outlays reports;
- Ensure all data are adequate as per procedures.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Combination of education and experience;
- Good data entry skills;
- Accounting experience is preferred (AP/AR experience);
- Proactive and organized, with strong motivation.
