As Electrical Lead Engineer, you will be involved and act as electrical design authority in the complete life cycle of large-scale projects starting from bid and ending by production of last vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:
Create and update design guideline based on past experiences, new and better ways of doing things and availability of new and improved technology;

Work actively on standardisation of practices, design or components used in the design;

Validate components creation in components database;

Support less experienced electrical engineers in the day to day activities to reduce learning curve and make sure they follow EWIS design best practices.


Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent;

Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience;

Strong knowledge of electrical industry and train business standard;

Experience working with PSPICE or any other electrical circuit simulation software;

Knowledge of panel or harnesses manufacturing production support.
