POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for the gem, to fill our position as secretary-receptionist for a private seniors' residence located in Quebec. This position opens the door to opportunities for advancement that will reflect the height of your ambitions.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration

Distribute notices to residents
Greet visitors
Maintain the residence directory
Manage the office supplies
Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto
Prepare and send occasional mail outs
Provide a high level of customer service
Receive and redirect incoming calls
Receive, open, organize and distribute the mail
Support the general manager in his duties
Writing letters/documents and performing other clerical tasks

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good sense of interpersonal communication
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
