As an administrative agent for institutional clients, you provide customer service through a variety of distribution channels to meet the needs of members and clients.

You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing specific information requests about specialized products and services and promoting and selling them based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies.

You provide advisory services on standards, policies, practices and processes. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

More specifically, you administer client accounts for which you are responsible, notably by paying bills, depositing and transferring cash, administering private investments, and so on. You answer questions from clients, managers and other stakeholders related to your clientele.

Responsabilités supplémentaires

Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention. Advise members and customers with regard to specialized products and services and which involves handling demand, analyzing the problem, finding solutions and developing recommendations
Provide support to members and clients, listen to their needs and recommend a solution that meets their expectations
Participate in the identification of operational risks and the search for continuous improvement related to the activities of your unit
Stay on the lookout for news related to standards, products or services in your field of activity.

Other working conditions

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a total of 35 hours per week

College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge
