As the National Accounts Billing Manager, you will lead, plan and manage all of Orkin Canada’s National accounts billing and receivables. Deliver efficient, high-quality customer billing to enable Orkin Canada collection of payments.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage, report, and control the Billing, Accounts Receivable and Collections function for all National customers of Orkin Canada.

Utilizing sound credit procedures, ensuring best practices, performance objectives, and excellence in customer service are utilized and achieved.

Implement process and controls for Revenue Assurance, create standard billing solutions and streamline processes

Eliminate low value and repeatable activity by utilizing Robotic Process Automation and resources for high-value activity

Oversee the credit and collections function, including direct interfacing with key customers on collection matters and dispute resolution to minimize days’ sales outstanding.

Lead and manage a national team of Accounts Receivable Administrators ensure they are highly capable, specialized and client-focused.

Continuously drive the improvement of systems and processes to ensure service delivery is streamlined and leading edge.

Support the business to ensure tools, policies, processes, and transparency is utilized to optimize collection results. Leading implementation of a National Billing Platform.

Key Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Accounting or other relevant degrees (s)

5 plus years experience in a supervisory role within an accounting function

5 plus years of Accounts Receivable, Billing transformation and Process improvement experience

Strong relationship and management skills

5 years of leading and supervising people

2+ years of experience with 3rd party billing portals: (Taulia, Corrigo, Officetrax, Varisae, Ariba, 360Facility)

Experience with integration with 3rd party services is an asset

Advanced Excel skills – formula, pivot
