Status: Full Time
Sign for, record and direct all incoming Canada Post and courier deliveries
Deliver, slot, pickup and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
Process internal and external mass mailings
Process all outgoing UPS and Fed Ex courier shipments
Receive incoming couriers and notify intended recipient(s) as soon as possible
Calculate and affix proper postage to all outgoing mail and parcels
Maintain postage, courier, and shipping supplies as required
Maintain accurate records of urgent business mail delivery
Ensure all lookups mail are processed, counted and logged
Order waybills for Reps
Other duties as required
Completion of secondary school
6 months to 1 year prior experience in customer/office service or mailroom
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, set priorities and strong customer skills
Knowledge of a variety of mail equipment (an asset)
