Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) has an exciting opportunity for an individual who is analytical, and customer orientated with a strong attention to detail. This is an opportunity that will report to the Manager, Customer Relations. The successful candidate will become familiar with the all the metrics which managers and decision makers use to make key planning decisions, and to assist the team in summarizing, analyzing and reporting on key trends using raw data.
What You’ll be Doing:
Create and provide reports for internal associates or Toyota companies.
Provide metrics to allow report recipients to monitor KPIs consistently and to make any changes accordingly.
(this is on the form of daily, weekly, and monthly reports; along with Adhoc as required)
Complete executive reports in a timely manner.
Support all other departments as information and insight is required from our large customer feedback database
Provide direction and insight for business decision on all reports and data
Drafts SOPs for all newly created reports in a timely manner
Ensures that all SOPs available to the team are current and correct, and available in the library
Provide TCI departments with new data or KPIs to accurately monitor departmental activities or the Voice of Customer (VOC).
What You Bring:
University degree or College diploma (i.e. Automotive, Business, Mathematics)
Min 2 years preforming statistical analysis
Ability to visualize data in pictorial and graphic format
Strong MS Office skills with advanced level of Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
Previous experience with mTab, SPSS or equivalent would be an asset
2 years + automotive experience desired
