The Senior Digital Ecosystems Specialist will play a key role at DRVN Intelligence Inc., while we create and maintain industry-leading quality and efficiency of service and software delivery. The Senior Digital Ecosystems Specialist will play a role spanning both Marketing Intelligence and Data Systems workflows, responsible for supporting the delivery of comprehensive end-to-end solutions for DRVN Intelligence’s clients.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Head of Digital Ecosystems, collaborating with Data Systems team, in guiding clients’ development of their digital systems, through the practical utilization of data and strategy. The selected candidate will bring a strong base of Google Analytics expertise to the team.

The Senior Digital Ecosystems Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day client relations and liaison with internal teams on all DRVN Intelligence Inc. deliverables. The incumbent will be a key member of a central team responsible for collaborating with all DRVN Intelligence team members as it pertains to planning, executing and maintaining client projects. The individual will use their expertise and best practices to support the team in providing efficiencies, and superior quality to every deliverable. The Senior Digital Ecosystems Specialist will be responsible for maintaining positive internal and external relationships, further building on our strong corporate reputation.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:
Lead thorough audits of Media, Measurement, DMP and other Activation Technologies, as a component of delivering enterprise-level Digital Transformation services
Provide proactive recommendations, identifying areas of opportunity and/or improvement for clients based on their underlying business objectives and goals
Provide consultative optimization and activation methodology/approach guidance to client stakeholders in digital and verbal formats
Brainstorm concepts for new omni-channel/tool marketing technology ecosystem designs and configurations leading your team members through this workflow and delivering upon a commitment to technological excellence and resiliency
Deliver End-to-End Performance Marketing and Media Management Services through the combination of team members, custom software and data pipelines, continuously migrating hands-on work into automated workflows, spanning:
Performance Marketing planning and act as a senior resource for delivering within Paid, Earned and Owned channels
Develop and execute integrated, omni-channel Performance Marketing campaigns on a global scale to drive growth, multi-product engagement and brand awareness/affinity
Flawlessly plan, execute, optimize and improve all paid and organic performance marketing initiatives including but not limited to annual planning, daily/weekly calls, reporting, test results, day-to-day optimization, etc.
Participate in producing, analyzing and presenting business projects such as Media Mix Modeling as well as monthly/quarterly/annual media performance forecasting exercises (and support Data Systems team members working on development of self-serve Portfolio Analysis tools)
Lead, execute and support both internal and client team members as it relates to:
Data collection through design and implementation of tracking codes (GTM, GA, Salesforce, Adobe, custom scripts)
Analytics setup, reporting and custom database feeds (GA360, Adobe Analytics, CM, DV360, Salesforce, Data Studio, Tableau etc.)
Data collection, setting and leveraging DMP based infrastructures, attribution modelling, A/B/N & multivariate testing, and dynamic creative will be essential
Paid media best practices, evaluation, implementation and optimization with a strong understanding of omni-channel attribution
Collaborate with, support, and work closely with the Data Systems business units to ensure efficient workflow, and realize cross-functional opportunities and enhancements

Company-Wide Responsibilities:
Act as a Senior point of contact for DRVN Intelligences clients and prospects
Maintain client satisfaction and happiness with DRVN Intelligences deliverables, day-to-day work and overall value as a partner
Take responsibility for representing a core component of DRVN Intelligences business:
DRVN Intelligence will entrust you to act as a senior representative of the company, interacting with our most important clients and prospects
Help identify, pitch, cultivate, prepare and deliver material as needed for new business and business development initiatives
Cultivate opportunities for company growth, always be looking for areas where DRVN Intelligences role could be expanded or built upon
Adapt to ever-changing client needs and expectations
Work closely within all cross functional teams at DRVN Intelligence Inc. and collaborating in execution, planning and post delivery
Maintain a dedication toward achieving excellence in DRVN Intelligence Inc.’s delivery against client needs while maintaining strong internal relationships with internal partners

4+ years’ working experience in Google, Adobe and other leading Marketing and Analytics platforms
Comfortability with driving client value through manipulation and interpretation of marketing data, in a variety of formats as it relates to client use of data and assisting with internal/external discussions
Ability to provide clear guidance and support for advanced problem solving and system design to large teams at enterprise-level client companies, aiding the evolution of their digital practices
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including online data collection, cloud systems and analytics tools (Google stack, Facebook, AWS, Salesforce, Adobe Suite etc.) is an asset
Strong technical understanding of a range of marketing concepts such as cookie-based data collection, attribution modelling, A/B/N & multivariate testing and dynamic creative is preferred[AR1]
Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential; candidate should be comfortable presenting and participating in group discussions of concepts with senior internal and external stakeholders
Analytical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Experience with Jira / Atlassian project management tools is an asset
Comfortability with the manipulation, interpretation and application of marketing data, from a variety of formats
