You will put critical applications back into service. You will be responsible for investigating moderate to high severity incidents. You will analyze issues, determine causes, identify solutions based on client needs and maintain ties with the various collaborators involved. You will apply complex application incident patches and carry out large-scale service requests. You will prepare and simulate end-of-cycle operations to ensure the proper functioning of the organization’s activities. More specifically, you will be dedicated to production support of BSITD applications.
The mandate of the Support, Shared Services and Distributed Applications Department is to get critical systems related to web-based applications for members/clients and caisses, such as AccèsD, back up and running.
Investigate moderate to high severity incidents.
Detect and analyze complex problems, determine the causes and identify the optimal solutions to meet client needs.
Maintain the necessary ties with the various units involved in your activities, in keeping with established priorities.
Continuously monitor the applications portfolio and take the appropriate measures to ensure the unit’s operations.
Recommend solutions to enhance the effectiveness and quality of the applications portfolio or the unit’s operations.
Analyze and carry out large-scale service requests to address clients’ specific needs.
Perform complex modifications to applications, run test scenarios and produce the required documentation so as to track and ensure the quality of changes once in production.
Prepare and simulate end-of-cycle operations to ensure the proper functioning of the organization’s activities.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Knowledge of monitoring, tuning-performance and analysis tools (Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk, etc.) (an asset)
