ApplyBoard is looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing Team. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for elevating ApplyBoard’s digital footprint by managing our website, knowledgebase, social media channels, and digital advertising initiatives. This is a full-time employment opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Owning and managing all elements of the ApplyBoard’s website (www.applyboard.com) including content maintenance and development, SEO, and performance
Leading the planning, execution, and launch of ApplyBoard’s external knowledgebase
Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to create content, graphics, landing pages, workflows, and campaigns to support objectives
Planning and executing paid and organic awareness and customer acquisition campaigns across search, social, and strategic platforms
Performing bid management and optimization on campaigns to drive conversion
Managing and providing guidance to the Social Media Specialist to ensure consistent and strategically-aligned communication across all channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
Analyzing and reporting on digital marketing initiatives to provide updated and recommendations to senior management
Other tasks as assigned
About You/Have You Got What It Takes?
A college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing focused role at a start-up or technology company
Extensive website development and management experience
Experience building and managing an external knowledgebase
A proven track record of building and optimizing digital marketing programs that drive desired results
Experience using digital tools including Wordpress, ZenDesk, HubSpot, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and in-platform analytics
Developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively while providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional team members and direct reports
Strong project management background with ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:
Experience with international digital marketing and paid advertising/promotions
Worked with international agencies and contractors
