We are looking for a Finance Analyst. In this role; you will support the growth of our portfolio companies through Diagram's acceleration services and support fund and Investment related activities. This role will report to our VP of Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Improve financial models and tools for Diagram's foundry and its portfolio companies;

Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarterly reviews, and update budget/forecast as applicable;

Build, maintain, and improve all financial modeling tools for the portfolio companies and the fund (e.g., KPIs, employee options);

Help implement operating metrics (e.g., unit economics) for portfolio companies

Act as a trusted resource to co-founders by executing value-added services on strategic, financial and operational matters;

Support the fundraising process and due diligence of portfolio companies;

Support the Partners and Diagram's management team in the daily operations of the fund, including but not limited to helping with investor updates, valuation, ad-hoc research on specific topics, and other special projects;

Proactively find creative ways to accelerate the growth of portfolio companies;

Assess different subsidies for Portfolio companies and coordinate execution

Support the Director of Finance and Junior Controller with other related tasks (e.g., driving meetings, support valuation deliverables, implement SaaS tools for fund & portfolio companies, improve general workflow, package accounting data & reporting for different stakeholders, etc.)

Your Profile:
Bachelors' in Finance or Bachelors' in Economics with the pertinent background;

Up to 3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional new grads may be considered.

Financial Modeling Experience;

Tech or startup involvement preferred

Finance work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment required ;

Bilingual (English-French);

Proven initiative via significant extracurricular activities;

Outstanding track record of academic and professional performance;

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
