QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Optician with experience
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Works well individually and as part of a team
- Edging experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Vietnamese speaking (preferred, but not mandatory)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fitting and dispensing eyewear
- Managing gallery (e.g., board inventory)
- Contact lens training and ordering
- Direct billing insurance claims
- Booking appointments and answering calls
- Pre-testing patients (training provided)

Part-time hours: 35-40 per week
