Roles & Responsibilities
All Seasonal Associates: Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance. Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store management. Provide the highest level of customer service. Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked. Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends. Interact with customers with a high level of enthusiasm, great customer service and patience while delivering an elevated experience. Knowledgeable in the foundations of Experience Michael.
Seasonal Cashier: Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise. Comply with all sales related policies and procedures. Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures. Properly execute all relevant register functions. Consistently capture customer information.
Seasonal Greeter/Door Attendant: Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Displays excellent people skills and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality. Meet and get to know the customers Interacts with customers as they enter the store. Responds to customer questions quickly and accurately. Ensures customers feel welcome upon entering the store. Determines customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate.
Seasonal Wrapper/Cash wrap Support Works with the cashier team to efficiently wrap and bag merchandise. Maintains a clean and orderly cash wrap area. Continues delivering an elevated experience while managing gift wrapping and line control. Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
Seasonal Stock Associate/Fitting Room Attendant: Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/receiving related paperwork. Assist in all OMNI channel functions. Unpack, hang/fold merchandise, and secure security tags when needed. Performs merchandise handling and visual tasks to standard throughout the store. Prepares merchandise to visual standards (steaming, detailing, reticketing, etc.) Stock check for in-store customers, sales teams and over the phone inquiries. Maintains and replenishes the salesfloor.
