PCF is an important business unit within LCL that manages and develops the products and service programs in order to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships. The Digital Product Owner, Services (Telecom) will play an ownership role in managing the public facing web properties for the telecom division of our business. A successful candidate will possess strong relationship, communication, and prioritization skills. From seeking out user stories with internal partners to working with external partners bring ideas to life; the perfect candidate can handle multiple tasks at various stages. Knowledge and understanding of the telecom landscape will he helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do:
Define and prioritize new features and enhancements across the platform you are the product owner for.
Define and execute a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) balancing between the digital strategy, execution of new features, and continuous website optimization
Run and own research on the customer as well as the market in order to build truly customer first solutions
Work together with design to define the customer experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to deliver state of the art, consistent, and intuitive customer first experiences
Collaborate with delivery and technical persons to deliver products to market within an Agile/Scrum environment
Be familiar and the champion of driving web accessibility standards
Actively seek customer feedback, behaviors and analytics
Identify and resolve issues that may impact the team’s ability to meet strategic, customer experience, and technical goals
Manage multiple and sometimes conflicting timelines
Perform A/B multivariate testing to optimize content effectiveness
Manage multiple vendor relationships at a working level
Optimize conversion path on site to maximize paid and organic traffic
Act as a liaison for web and mobile changes which includes overseeing and executing intake requests for content updates and campaign deployment on digital properties

What you’ll need:
University degree, preferably in Business or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of digital product management and agile/scrum experience
Excellent relationship and conflict management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, web accessibility standards
Have the ability to persuade or influence decisions in a group setting
Strong presentation skills
Experience with agile/scrum software development methodology
Experience with analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and/or Trello) and remote user testing.
Working knowledge of tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager
Ability to interpret and make decisions using data
Experience managing an enterprise content management system (CMS) like Sitefinity, Prismic, or Contentful
Experience in financial, telecom, travel, retail, or loyalty industries are considered an asset but not required
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively support multiple projects at once
Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively work cross functionally; source information, push ideas, obtain approvals, and build relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic group
