Full-Time Advanced technical support and customer support– Telecommunications technician
HOURS OF WORK:
7.5 Hour Shifts, Monday to Friday - Days
With occasional evenings and weekends
Network Telecom is a local Kitchener/Waterloo telecommunications company looking for a new hire to assist with daily technical support and installation of customer’s phone systems. The technical support technician will be responsible to track and resolve various technical issues customers are experiencing with their phone system. These responsibilities will include: administration, deployment, repair and maintenance.
They must also troubleshoot and resolve reported problem issues related to end-points, and identify network problems and coordinate structured cabling installations and repairs. Requires possible travel throughout Southern Ontario.
