Are you a self-motivated “people-person” with a drive to succeed, who will go above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction?

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Mechanical Department, to support the processing of work orders, scheduling of service and other administrative tasks.

Daily duties include but are not limited to; invoicing, fielding incoming telephone, fax and online inquiries for both external customers and internal mechanical departments, maintaining computerized records and creating quotes and invoices.
Excellent organizational, computer (Microsoft Office programs), communications and mechanical skills are an asset.
