What’s the ask?
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Wealth Management, you will provide service to our advisors and clients by the daily processing and administration of investment products. This will be a full-time 18 month contract role in our Brantford location.

Your focus – assisting the advisor on both new and existing business.

Your goal - provide same day service on administrative functions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Advisors in meeting all service model actions for clients from processing trades to administration duties including:
Preparation of new client files, and forms for client meetings;
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all account documentation (KYC, New Accounts, Transfers) and subsequent processing;
Review documents to ensure data is correct and within specified terms and obtaining and verifying missing or incomplete data;
Processing all trades after client meetings, efficiently, accurately and on time;
Inputting and maintaining data in the Client Relations Management System;
Book appointments and answer client inquiries;
Assist and support advisor to effectively manage each account;
Respond pro-actively to advisor’s inquiries or concerns;
Develop and maintain good advisor and internal relationships while ensuring confidentiality;
Support and backup for other Investment Coordinators and advisors;
Advise advisors of any business opportunities.
What does it take?
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry;
You have comprehensive knowledge of Investment industry policies, products and procedures;
University Degree/College Diploma; (would be an asset);
Mutual License (would be an asset);
Knowledge of Life Insurance and Living Benefits products (would be an asset);
You have solid problem-solving skills;
You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and CRM;
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
You have strong prioritization skills and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment;
You pride yourself in your strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
You are able to work independently and self-motivated;
