Major Responsibilities:
1. Produce the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) based on orders received
2. Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings &/or other Pastries), which may include but are not limited to:
  • Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing…etc.
  • Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, paste, custards…etc.
  • Control fermentation and baking time and monitor the temperature of the cooler and oven
  • Decoration of Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries
3. Control product (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) quality, freshness, inventory level and wastage
4. Responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and tools maintenance follow up and workplace safety of the production area
5. Assist to answer customers’ enquiries
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior(s)

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
1. Accountable, pleasant and is able to take initiative
2. Possess knowledge and prior experience in making bakery products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries), including but are not limited to:
  • Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing…etc.
  • Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, paste, custards…etc.
  • Control fermentation and baking time and monitor the temperature of the cooler and oven
  • Decoration of Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries
3. Possess knowledge in workplace health & safety and food safety (Food Safe Certification requires)
4. Have a good understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job
5. Good communication skills , able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin)
6. Good organization, and problem-solving skills
7. A good team player
8. Flexible to work in various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, morning and evening hours

  • 裝飾麵包,蛋糕和/或其他糕點
3.控制產品(麵包, 蛋糕和/或其他糕點)質量, 新鮮度, 庫存的水平和損耗
4.負責部門的清潔,衛生, 設備及工具使用和工作場所的安全
5.協助回覆顧客詢問
6.執行任何其他由上級指派的職責

職位要求:
1.主動, 友善, 有責任感
2.具備製作麵包類食品(麵包, 蛋糕和/或其他糕點)的知識和經驗, 包括但不限於:
  • 攪拌麵糰, 麵糰整形, 滾壓, 切割、排盤, 成型,包餡, 切片…等
  • 準備和加工各種麵糰餡料製造,如水果,肉,糊,蛋奶….等
  • 控制發酵和烘烤時間和溫度控制, 監測冰箱和烘爐的溫度
  • 裝飾麵包,蛋糕和/或其他糕點
3.了解工作環境下的健康安全知識和食品安全 (具Food Safe認證要求)
4.懂得正確使用專業工具
5.良好溝通能力, 能以中(國語/粵語), 英文溝通为佳
6.具備良好的組織、協調及解決問題能力
7.需輪班工作, 包括平日, 週末, 節假日, 早上和晚上時段
