Junior Research Analysts working with office/industrial leasing research teams will be responsible for:
Tracking GTA tenants and recording specific contact information in our database. The information gathered and stored will be used by research and our sales team for analysis, marketing and prospecting. This involves planning, producing required support documents and surveying office inventory.
Miscellaneous data projects in support of the research data integrity program
Meet weekly targets to ensure project deadlines will be achieved.
Present a summary of the trends observed through the data collection process to the research and sales teams at the end of the work term
Maintain a professional attitude and sincere work ethic.
Specific Skills/Courses Required:
Organized self-starter who shows great attention to detail
Strength in verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Fully licensed G class driver with access to a car for the summer
