Purpose:
Drive the activation of the adidas brand strategy with a portfolio of accounts in the Canadian Sporting Goods marketplace.
Drive profitable and sustainable growth for the adidas brand

Key Responsibilities:
Spend time and resources according to priorities agreed with the Sales Director
Ensure our biggest product and marketing stories are brought to life within the accounts’ POS (stores and online)
Ensure sales and margin targets are met
Provide the highest standard of customer service and professionalism to our customer
Work with Sales Director to develop plans for the top accounts on the area with 2-3 year outlook, to be built alongside both account buying teams and internal GTM/Marketing teams.
For priority accounts, monitor sell through data and inventory levels and provide timely updates to internal staff accordingly.
Work closely with customer service & supply chain departments to maximize sales and sell through by delivering orders on time and full.
Ensure order deadlines are adhered to and all orders are thoroughly reviewed before handing off to customer service.
Follow internal sales procedures for adidas to ensure full compliance with the company’s Commercial Policy and published guidelines/procedures
Constantly and proactively manage the open order book on the area, identifying challenges and communicating to customers in a timely manner
Monthly updating of latest sales and margin estimates including brand position / exposure with respect to open orders.
Stay within assigned budget for any personal overheads including Travel and Expenses.
Other duties as assigned by the Sales Director.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in Sales or Product, preferably both
Bilingual French & English (written & oral) communication is required
