Elle Cuisine is a top catering company in Toronto/GTA. We are growing and looking to expand our team.

Job Description

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain long lasting client relationships, with a goal of building a large return client base with high retention
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish, including but not limited to: initial reach out, sending menus and quotes, up-selling, managing client expectations, post event follow up
  • Organizing leads list and ensuring its an up to date reflection of all potential clients.
  • Daily reach out to unconfirmed clients
  • Create and oversee sales initiative to drive new business- for example, reach out to large scale corporate clients to offer services, monthly targeted promotional outreach, cold calling new conferences to offer services as a catering partner
  • Oversee company events to drive new business, for example- seasonal events hosted by elle to bring in past clients and new clients and remind them of the services we provide
  • Build relationships with venues to expand Elle’s reach as a preferred vendor
  • Work directly with chefs to create menus for clients that are properly priced and seasonally appropriate
  • Acting as a point person for any client issues that come up, being responsible for problem solving and situation management
  • Build and maintain in kind relationships with industry partners
  • Manage sales coordinator directly ensuring strong administrative support
  • Other duties as requested

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Driver's License (Preferred)

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet monthly quotas
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
