Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant I is the first point of contact in the Office of the President. This position has a specific focus on executive calendar and schedule management, and the related logistical support for the participation of both the President and the Chancellor in events, meetings, speaking engagements, and recognition events, including the coordination of any related travel arrangements. Calendaring and scheduling is strategically planned with guidance from the President and the Chief of Staff.

The successful candidate will use their experience in working with various platforms to support the President in engaging in virtual meetings with a broad range of local, national and international partners and constituents. This position is also responsible for providing administrative duties and providing excellent front-line customer service through answering the office phone and greeting guests to the Office of the President.

  • A college diploma in office administration; related university degree is preferred.
  • Advanced level training in Microsoft Office programs
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative experience at a senior/executive level.
