Your primary responsibility will be scheduling duties such as ESP entry. Your duties may also include tasks such as such as answering telephones, typing, filing, photocopying and maintaining and ordering supplies, scheduling appointments.
You must have Grade 12 supplemented with office administration courses and / or Clerk / Reception experience. Experience in continuing care is an asset, as well as demonstrated ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team. You must have previous computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
All new employees are required to submit:
- a current and clear Criminal Record Check and if applicable, a Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 days prior to the hire date;
- a tuberculosis screening that has been completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date.
