Job Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining files, recording meeting minutes, and word processing.
Provide administrative support to the Technical Services team and operational support to the station.
Coordinate with management, staff, and external parties to obtain information needed to support project initiatives and/or meet project deadlines.
Provide reports as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and other relevant standards, including applicable legislation.
Assist in providing written updates to HSE and Transportation Compliance Manuals.
Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training.
Maintain safety files and distribute minutes for safety meetings.
Maintain relevant Transportation Safety Logs and documentation.
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
Remain up-to-date on Health and Safety legislation and any developments that affect Magnum’s industry.
Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
Observe HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
Comply with all company and HSE procedures and policies.
Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients and employees to maintain the company’s reputation for quality and commitment to service.

Communicate relevant issues to Management as appropriate.

Participate in training and development activities.
Other related duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required:
Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
Experience and ability to use computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting software. Proficient experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and records management software.
Able to work overtime and weekends.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
