A.O. Smith Fergus is looking for a Customer Service representative that provides exceptional service support to external and internal customers in relationship to customer order management. To act on the customers behalf, providing service solutions that are satisfactory to the customer. To exceed the customers service expectations whenever possible.

Qualifications:

Must be a team player

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent call management skills

Strong organizational skills

Should have data entry/ ERP experience. Familiarity with SAP a preference.

Minimum High School diploma/ GED

Availability Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!

Salary: $20.84 to $21.19 /hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
