Position Summary

CTNCA is currently accepting resumes for Experienced Traffic Control Persons to join our Prince Rupert construction team.


Direct the safe flow of public and construction traffic when required, and ensure the safety & security of public and site crew, while complying with company safety policies
Execute traffic control plans by placing, removing, covering and uncovering traffic control signs, cones, barricades and other traffic control devices.
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials
Provide motorists with simple directions, explaining hazards
Other General Labor and construction-related duties as required


Minimum of two years experience in traffic control
Minimum of three years experience in construction
BCCSA Traffic Ticket certification
Ability to interact with the public, supervisors, and coworkers professionally at all times
Ability to think clearly no matter the stress or difficulty of your circumstances
Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Desire to learn and commit to working safely and complying with company health and safety policies
