We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant oriented to Sales for a shipping supply company. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and sales’ focused permanent position orientation. The environment is friendly.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing a wide variety of secretarial and receptionist support for the company. Your responsibilities will include providing customer service and support, answering telephones, record keeping, and filing. This position is also responsible for all tasks involved in smooth daily operations.

Schedule: Full time Monday - Friday – 8:00am - 4:30pm
